Hvornår er noget natur? Hvordan forholder vi os egentlig til det terræn og den natur, som omgiver os? Og hvordan påvirker, forstyrrer og invaderer vi både bevidst og ubevidst den verden og de omgivelser, vi bebor og lever i?
Gruppeudstillingen La-la-landscape viser nyproducerede og stedspecifikke værker af Emilie Bausager, Oskar Koliander og Kasper Holm Jensen. Udstillingen er lavet til dette års Alive Festival og forholder sig til relationen mellem os mennesker, terrænet og landskaberne.
La-la-landscape er en kunstnerisk undersøgelse af vores omgivelser; dem, der er helt nære og dem, der er langt væk. Udstillingen trækker linjer fra det lokale, i Thy, til en global kontekst, og beder os om at forholde os til, hvordan vi er i verden, hvordan vi behandler den, og hvordan vi gennem tiden har kultiveret den efter de normer for forbrug og æstetik, som er skabt af samfundsudvikling, økonomi og politik.
La-la-landscape er kurateret af Anne Møller Christensen og Sara Løvschall Grøntved fra udstillingsstedet Skal Contemporary, og udstillingen kunne ikke realiseres uden det tætte samarbejde med Naturstyrelsen Thy og de generøse sponsorater fra Champost og Heides Planteskole. La-la-landscape er venligst støttet af Statens Kunstfond, Færchfonden og Thisted Kommune.

What makes something nature? How do we relate to the terrain and nature that surrounds us? And how do we consciously and unconsciously influence, disturb, and invade the world and the surroundings we inhabit and live in?
The group exhibition La-la-landscape shows newly produced and site-specific works by Emilie Bausager, Oskar Koliander and Kasper Holm Jensen. The exhibition was created for this year's Alive Festival and relates to the relationship between us humans, the terrain and the landscapes.
La-la-landscape is an artistic study of our surroundings; those that are very close and those that are far away. The exhibition draws lines from the local, in Thy, to a global context, and asks us to reflect on how we inhabit the world, how we treat it, and how we have cultivated it over time according to the norms of consumption and aesthetics that have been created by social development, economics, and politics.
La-la-landscape is curated by Anne Møller Christensen and Sara Løvschall Grøntved from the exhibition venue Skal Contemporary, and the exhibition could not be realized without the close collaboration with the Nature Agency Thy and the generous sponsorships from Champost and Heides Planteskole.
